2. Project overview and scope of tender
2.1 Project Overview: The Shahe Bridge maintenance and renovation project of the Baotou-Chongqing line in Ganzhou City will be reworked as bridge deck paving, hinge joints, replacement of expansion joints, and repair and closure of other partial damages and cracks. The center of the bridge is K102+826, the total length of the bridge is 144.6 meters, and the width of the bridge is a net 23+2*1.5 meters sidewalk (including railings). The upper structure is 7-hole 20-meter prestressed concrete simply supported hollow slabs, the lower structure is column-shaped piers, and the bored pile foundation is used. The bridge deck pavement adopts 15 cm of slightly-expanded waterproof concrete + 1 inside the micro surface.

Qualified for the “one-class†highway maintenance project construction qualification issued by the competent traffic department (construction units of other provinces and cities must be confirmed by the Highway Administration of the Hebei Provincial Department of Transportation)
In the past five years (January 1, 2012 to date of delivery), at least two bridges and above have completed repairs and reconstructions of the bridge.
3.1 The tender requires bidders to have independent legal person qualifications of enterprises and institutions, and have the qualifications and performance required by the following table. And in the personnel, equipment, funds and other aspects have the appropriate construction capabilities.
